Shipping Availability

PACKMORY currently offers Free Standard Shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, participating European destinations, and Israel.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If a shipping option is not available for a particular address or destination, we are currently unable to ship the order there.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, peak periods, and other circumstances that may be outside PACKMORY’s reasonable control.

Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or by a carrier is an estimate unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory delivery rights available to the customer under applicable law.

Order Processing and Tracking

After an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates are supplied by the relevant carrier and may not always appear immediately after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact PACKMORY as soon as possible through the Contact page.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Carrier delays, customs delays, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other events outside PACKMORY’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
