1. Overview

If PACKMORY cancels an order after payment has already been collected, any amount that must be returned will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other information accurately.
Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, and other factors may cause minor differences between the product shown online and the physical product received.
